🚨 Remaining Northbrook 4th of July Activities Canceled
All remaining Northbrook 4th of July activities, including the bike parade, mile-long parade, and fireworks show have been canceled following the news of a shooting in Highland Park earlier today. Our thoughts are with our Highland Park neighbors.
Liberty Loop 5K Run/Walk
Enjoy an annual holiday tradition with a scenic run or walk on a certified 5K course through Techny Prairie Park and Fields and Meadowhill Park.
4th of July Breakfast
Enjoy fresh pancakes, sausage, and a drink (juice, milk, coffee or water) while you gather with family and friends for this annual event.
Liberty Lap Fun Run
This one-mile modified Liberty Loop course welcomes junior joggers. The course starts and finishes at the same location as the 5K and winds along the Trail Through Time.
Historical Society Museum
The Northbrook History Museum and Inn Shop will continue its tradition of remaining open from 9:00am-noon during the 4th of July Breakfast.
Police vs. Fire Softball Game
Cheer on local police and firefighters as they battle for the win in softball.
Meadowhill Aquatic Center [CLOSED]
Northbrook Park District will have Meadowhill Aquatic Center pool open for community.
Bike Parade [CANCELED]
The Bike Parade will kick off at 2:15pm at Cherry Lane and Western Avenue ahead of the time-honored Mile-Long Parade.

Finish your 4th of July celebration with a boom at the spectacular fireworks display at dusk, which can be viewed from Meadowhill Park and Techny Prairie Park & Fields.
